Job Description

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading field operations from groundbreaking through project completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
  • Driving project schedules and milestone completion
  • Maintaining safety compliance and quality control standards
  • Conducting site meetings and coordinating with project management teams
  • Identifying and resolving field challenges proactively
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget expectations

The Successful Applicant

  • Superintendent experience with a general contractor
  • Proven experience delivering multifamily construction projects
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and field coordination
  • Ability to lead subcontractors and maintain accountability on site
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Stable work history and a track record of successfully completed projects
