About Our Client

An established and expanding General Contractor is seeking a Superintendent - Commercial Construction to lead ground-up builds across a diverse portfolio. This role offers autonomy over scheduling and strong collaboration with leadership, with projects primarily across a major Mountain West metro and surrounding Front Range.

Job Description

    • Lead daily on-site construction activities from preconstruction through close-out
    • Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project
    • Drive schedule performance and proactively solve delays
    • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staff
    • Ensure high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
    • Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Commercial Construction we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
  • Experience in storage projects preferred (not required); exposure to multifamily or light commercial is a plus
  • Strong scheduling expertise, including building and managing schedules in Microsoft Project
  • Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong paperwork and reporting abilities
  • Proven ability to push schedules while maintaining quality
  • Collaborative mindset - not a traditional "old school" Superintendent style
  • Open to limited regional travel across the Front Range (local candidates preferred)
