Our client is a premier Manhattan, NY General Contractor focused exclusively on luxury residential construction for high-net-worth homeowners. Job Description

  • Lead daily site operations from start to finish.
  • Manage subcontractor performance and productivity.
  • Coordinate schedules with Project Managers and consultants.
  • Ensure work meets design intent and quality expectations.
  • Enforce site safety and maintain OSHA compliance.
  • Identify and resolve field challenges efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation.
  • Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and logistics.
  • Drive projects toward successful completion and turnover.

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of Superintendent experience on luxury residential projects.
  • Experience with brownstone, townhome, apartment, or penthouse renovations.
  • Strong knowledge of structural renovations and premium interior finishes.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
  • OSHA 30 required.
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction software preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional work.
