Job Description

  • Manage all daily on-site construction activities.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and project sequencing.
  • Monitor quality control throughout every phase.
  • Maintain project schedules and milestone deadlines.
  • Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Designers.
  • Coordinate inspections and resolve field issues proactively.
  • Maintain clean, organized, client-ready job sites.
  • Oversee punch list completion and project closeout.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years as a Superintendent on luxury residential interiors.
  • Experience leading high-end apartment or penthouse gut renovations.
  • Strong understanding of NYC construction practices and logistics.
  • Excellent scheduling, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously.
  • OSHA 30 required.
  • Procore experience is a plus.
  • Strong commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
