The company is known for its commitment to delivering high-quality developments and fostering long-term relationships with its clients.Job DescriptionAs an Building and Construction Superintendent, you will:Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completionManage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure productivity and quality workmanshipMaintain project schedules and coordinate daily construction activitiesEnforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulationsConduct regular site inspections and quality control reviewsCoordinate deliveries, logistics, and manpower planning within a complex urban environmentWork closely with Project Managers to monitor budgets, schedules, and project milestonesLead subcontractor meetings and communicate project expectations effectivelyResolve field issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain project progressEnsure all work is completed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and local building codesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
