Superintendent

• Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain seamless workflows.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and building regulations throughout all project phases.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers to review plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including daily reports and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.
