Known for its collaborative culture, financial stability, and commitment to employee development, the company offers long-term career growth opportunities and a robust pipeline of upcoming projects.Job DescriptionManage all day-to-day construction activities on multifamily residential projects.Supervise subcontractors and field personnel to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project schedules.Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules and look-ahead plans.Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, local building codes, and safety regulations.Lead daily, weekly, and subcontractor coordination meetings.Conduct quality control inspections and proactively address deficiencies.Coordinate inspections, testing, and permit requirements with local authorities.Identify and resolve field issues to minimize schedule impacts and project delays.Monitor jobsite safety and enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.Review and coordinate material deliveries, manpower requirements, and equipment utilization.Maintain project documentation including daily reports, site logs, and progress updates.Collaborate closely with Project Managers regarding budget, schedule, change orders, and owner communication.Drive projects through successful turnover and punch-list completion.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
