Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
  • Communicate progress and address issues with project stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of site activities and project milestones.
  • Resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid delays.
  • Support the project team in achieving successful project completion.
  • Ability to commute to Manhattan and Queens.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with managing luxury gut renovations for high net worth individuals.
  • Worked on renovations over $2M+.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve construction challenges.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to project management.
