Job Description

  • Manage all onsite construction activities from project startup through completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate daily construction activities.
  • Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements.
  • Maintain a strong focus on site safety and OSHA compliance.
  • Identify potential schedule, quality, and coordination issues and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.
  • Participate in inspections, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience as a Superintendent leading projects in an industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, scheduling, and sequencing.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 30 certification is preferred.
  • Procore or similar construction software experience is a plus.
