The company has built its business around repeat clients, strong project execution, and a team-oriented approach, offering employees the opportunity to work alongside experienced construction professionals while taking meaningful ownership of their projects.Job DescriptionManage all onsite construction activities from project startup through completion.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate daily construction activities.Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Monitor quality control and ensure work is completed in accordance with project requirements.Maintain a strong focus on site safety and OSHA compliance.Identify potential schedule, quality, and coordination issues and implement solutions.Work closely with Project Managers, Estimators, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.Participate in inspections, commissioning, punch lists, and project closeout.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
