Superintendent

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain productivity and meet critical project milestones.
• Lead daily site meetings, coordinate work schedules, and communicate progress, potential delays, and project requirements to stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules, ensuring construction activities are sequenced efficiently.
• Enforce site safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets design specifications, building codes, and relevant healthcare construction requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and owners to resolve field issues and maintain project progress.
• Manage inspections, documentation, RFIs, and punch-list activities through to project closeout.
• Oversee infection control measures, site logistics, and operational considerations associated with active healthcare environments, where applicable.
