Superintendent

• Manage all field operations for restaurant construction and renovation projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and vendors throughout project execution.
• Maintain short-term and long-term project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee demolition, framing, MEP installations, kitchen equipment coordination, finishes, and final turnover.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are achieved.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate project expectations.
• Coordinate work in occupied and operational environments when necessary.
• Identify and resolve field issues that could impact project schedules or budgets.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
• Manage punch-list completion, owner walkthroughs, inspections, and project closeout activities.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
