Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate all interior construction activities from drywall through project completion.
  • Oversee subcontractors performing drywall, painting, flooring, cabinetry, millwork, appliances, doors, hardware, and final finishes.
  • Maintain project schedules and drive production to meet critical milestones.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Coordinate punch list completion and turnover activities.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, design team, ownership group, and subcontractors to resolve field issues.
  • Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and communicate expectations regarding schedule and quality.
  • Monitor manpower, sequencing, and logistics to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure all work complies with local building codes and company safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as an Interior Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or Superintendent on multifamily, hospitality, senior living, or large residential projects.
  • Experience managing interior finishes on multifamily projects exceeding 200 units preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, quality control, and closeout procedures.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain production schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within quality expectations.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with construction technology and reporting platforms.
