Job Description

  • Supervise daily on-site construction operations to ensure progress aligns with project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project flow and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor construction quality and enforce adherence to project specifications and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential risks or delays.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including project schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
  • Train and guide team members to foster a productive and safe work environment.
