About Our Client

Our client is a well‑established, employee‑owned general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high‑quality commercial and public‑sector projects across the region. The business is known for its exceptional tenure, with many field leaders spending decades with the company, and for maintaining a down‑to‑earth, field‑first culture despite its scale. • Own short‑term planning, including three‑week look‑ahead schedules
  • Enforce site safety, quality standards, and best practices
  • Partner with Project Managers on master schedules, sequencing, and problem‑solving
  • Act as the primary on‑site representative, maintaining a proactive, hands‑on presence
  • Drive productivity while fostering a collaborative, down‑to‑earth site culture
