Superintendent

• Manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflows.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on the construction site.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders.
• Oversee and inspect the quality of work to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and updates as required.
• Lead and motivate the construction team to achieve project goals effectively.
