Job Description



What You'll Be Working On

  • Restaurant build-outs and fit-outs
  • Retail interior renovations
  • Tenant improvements
  • Occasional white-box commercial projects
  • Fast-paced projects for nationally recognized brands



Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day field operations from project start through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and project stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget expectations
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and company leadership
  • Provide regular project updates and resolve field issues efficiently

The Successful Applicant



What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Experience overseeing restaurant, retail, or interior fit-out projects
  • Strong scheduling and subcontractor management skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a growing operation and help establish long-term client relationships



Preferred Experience

  • Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) projects
  • Multi-site retail or restaurant rollouts
  • High-volume tenant improvement work
