Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within quality standards.
  • Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • Conduct daily site meetings and maintain project progress reports.
  • Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce scheduling.
  • Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
  • Enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Lead project punch-list and closeout activities.

The Successful Applicant

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
  • Experience with ground-up and interior renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and scheduling.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and field crews.
  • Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations and jobsite safety.
  • Proficiency with construction management and reporting tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between project sites.
