Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations. This includes planning, purchasing, shipping and receiving, inventory control, and supplier management. The role will play a critical part in driving operational efficiency, ensuring supply continuity, and supporting the company's growth strategy.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage all procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and performance management
  • Oversee production planning and inventory strategies to align with customer demand and forecast accuracy
  • Direct shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely and compliant movement of materials and finished goods
  • Develop and implement supply chain processes, systems, and best practices to support scalability
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, quality, and leadership teams
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, delivery, quality, and inventory turns
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks while maintaining strong supplier relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain function

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain and Procurement Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • MUST have leadership and management experience
  • 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within manufacturing
  • Experience in medical device, aerospace, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred
  • Strong understanding of both plastics and metal component supply chains is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
