Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal hiring across Michael Page.
  • Recruit primarily for sales-focused positions, including Recruitment Consultants, Senior Consultants, Managers, and other revenue-generating roles.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning objectives.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-performing sales talent.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and market mapping.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' sales achievements, motivation, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manage offer negotiations and drive offer acceptance rates.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health, hiring activity, and market trends.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Michael Page and communicate our employee value proposition effectively across the market.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to support onboarding and successful integration of new hires.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably recruiting sales professionals.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience within staffing, executive search, talent acquisition, or a sales-driven organization strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to source and hire high-performing sales talent.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics to influence hiring decisions.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales environments.
  • Ability to build credibility with candidates and senior stakeholders alike.
  • Comfortable operating in a performance-based, growth-oriented culture.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and helping build high-performing teams.
