• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for different offices.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Provide data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to stakeholders to support hiring decisions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
