The TA Manager will take full ownership of the recruiting function across both plant and corporate teams. In this role, you'll drive end-to-end hiring - from building sourcing strategies and engaging candidates to managing interviews and closing offers - while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver top talent. This is a fast-paced, highly visible position ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives on managing multiple searches at once and making an immediate impact. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment. Prior ADP experience is a must. This position is hybrid out of the Kenilworth, NJ office.
