Job Description

  • Manage tax partnership compliance processes for funds, including preparation and review of tax returns.
  • Oversee tax reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of filings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address tax-related inquiries and provide guidance on tax matters.
  • Monitor changes in tax regulations and assess their impact on mutual fund operations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws.
  • Provide support for tax planning initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all tax-related activities.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members on tax-related topics.
