Job Description

This Technical Program Manager will be:

  • Coordinating project cost, schedule, and performance across programs
  • Serving as the primary customer point of contact
  • Leading project meetings and presenting status to stakeholders
  • Developing and managing risk assessments and mitigation plans
  • Creating project plans, feasibility assessments, and compliance matrices
  • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and internal regulations
  • Leading cross-functional program teams and communications
  • Tracking schedules, budgets, and phase review objectives
  • Allocating and tracking resources, equipment, and materials
  • Coordinating with sales and marketing on customer communications
  • Traveling occasionally to customer and international sites

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Technical Program Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 5+ years of project or program management experience
  • 10+ years of overall professional experience
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. and comply with ITAR regulations
  • CAPM or PMP certification preferred
  • Strong customer-facing and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
