Job Description

Lead customer programs from proposal and opportunity stage through full delivery.
Drive program capture activities, including early customer engagement and requirements development.
Integrate technical, operational, and financial inputs into cohesive program plans.
Own program performance, including schedule, budget, margin, and customer satisfaction.
Translate customer needs into actionable technical and operational strategies.
Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
Identify risks early and drive resolution across engineering, manufacturing, and stakeholders.
Monitor program health and ensure alignment with business goals and deliverables.
Engage directly with customers to manage expectations and identify growth opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience managing customer-facing programs in engineering or manufacturing environments.
Background supporting physical product development, engineering services, or manufacturing programs.
Experience with proposal development, capture management, or solution shaping.
Strong ability to manage program financials, including budgets, margins, and tradeoffs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate in fast-paced environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (PMP a plus).
