About Our Client

Our client is a market leader in industrial filtration equipment and replacement filters. They have one of the best delivery times to market. They lead several market leading brands on a global scale in air, gas, liquid filtration and are looking for two Sales Engineers to support their growth and Regional Sales Reps.

This is a remote work from home position located anywhere on the EST or CST time zones.

Job Description

KEY Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for supporting commercial growth across filtration clients across the US.
  • Work with a Regional Sales Manager to support technical client needs
  • Work with both new and existing clients air and industrial filtration, fluid power, hydraulic systems sector - experience in these domains desires.
  • Build in person and lasting client relationships.
  • Travel to client sites to work with them in person
  • Increase install base retention rates with longer term plans.
  • Identify key customer growth strategies

The Successful Applicant

Experience Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering (Engineering Preferred)
  • Must have high technical aptitude and able to speak knowledgeably on technical applications.
  • Prior background in filtration, air handling units, air compressors, hydraulic systems, fluid power, industrial filtration
  • 5+ years in a technical sales engineer capacity.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development ideally within industrial air filtration.
  • Ability to independently manage sales and technical applications.
