With ongoing investments in complementary product lines and acquisitions, the organization is well-positioned for continued growth, creating exciting opportunities for sales professionals to expand relationships within an established customer base and bring additional solutions to market.Job DescriptionThis Technical Sales Engineer role serves as the key technical resource supporting sales efforts across industrial filtration and compressed air applications. The position partners closely with customers and Regional Sales Managers to provide application expertise, solve technical challenges, strengthen customer relationships, and drive commercial growth.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and product expertise for industrial filtration, compressed air, hydraulic, and fluid power applications.Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify customer needs and recommend solution-based filtration products.Conduct customer site visits to evaluate applications, troubleshoot issues, and support product implementation.Serve as the primary technical point of contact for both existing customers and prospective accounts.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention, expand product adoption, and identify growth opportunities.Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and application guidance to customers and distribution partners.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met and support successful sales outcomes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
