Job Description

Reporting directly into the Principal Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including verification and validation frameworks
  • Design and write detailed test procedures for a range of engineering applications
  • Perform and oversee complex testing in laboratory and specialized environments, including vacuum and environmental conditions
  • Operate test equipment and systems, capturing and analyzing performance data
  • Troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis during testing phases
  • Build, maintain, and calibrate test setups and equipment
  • Produce thorough documentation, including test reports, procedures, and quality records
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure testing aligns with product development timelines and requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of experience in test engineering or similar role, ideally within aerospace or defense
  • Strong background in hardware testing, including environmental and qualification testing
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and measurement tools
  • Familiarity with developing test procedures and maintaining technical documentation
  • Experience working with sensitive electronic hardware and regulated testing environments
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
