This organization offers a collaborative, mission-driven culture where engineers play a direct role in product development, validation, and long-term business success.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute comprehensive test plans, including verification and validation activities.Create detailed test procedures for a variety of hardware and system-level testing programs.Support environmental, vacuum, research, and development testing activities.Operate test equipment and collect, analyze, and document test data.Troubleshoot technical issues and support investigation of hardware and system performance.Maintain and support test stations, including calibration, setup, procurement, and upkeep of equipment.Produce technical documentation, test reports, quality records, and failure analyses.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure testing activities are delivered accurately and on schedule.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
