Professional growth and technical development are strongly supported throughout the business.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute engine and vehicle testing programs.Create detailed test plans and ensure successful project delivery.Manage customer communications throughout testing activities.Perform technical data analysis and produce clear project conclusions.Validate test equipment, systems, and processes to ensure quality and compliance.Lead troubleshooting activities involving engines, vehicles, instrumentation, and test equipment.Develop, update, and improve operational procedures and technical documentation.Train and mentor engineers, technicians, and test cell operators.Participate in engineering reviews, technical meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and safety requirements.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
