It operates in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment with a strong focus on quality systems, continuous improvement and engineering excellenceJob DescriptionIn this role you will report to the Test Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Designing circuit board layouts for new and existing test stations using Altium DesignerContributing to design for manufacturability, assembly and test for customer productsSupporting production through failure analysis, test debugging and reduction of false failures and downtimeLeading test improvements by reducing cycle time, increasing test coverage and enhancing automationParticipating in capital equipment reviews to improve test capability and production capacitySupporting quality reviews by improving test coverage, capability and automation to reduce escapesDeveloping and maintaining test procedures and documentation from design through productionGenerating monthly and quarterly test data reports with analysis and customer recommendationsReviewing test equipment design, capacity, data and RMA issues with customersDirecting engineering activities related to test equipment development, installation and calibrationAnalyzing test data and preparing technical reports for engineering and management teamsMaintaining customer‑supplied test equipment and inventoryProviding training to test operators, technicians and engineering staff on new proceduresMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
