The company provides high-reliability manufacturing services to customers across industries requiring precision, quality, and technical excellence.Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and implement test solutions for complex electronic products and assemblies.Partner with customers and external test development providers to define testing requirements and ensure successful deployment.Provide Design for Testability (DFT) feedback during product development and launch phases.Manage all aspects of test development projects, including requirements, documentation, timelines, technical support, and implementation.Support new product introductions by developing and validating test fixtures, programs, and procedures.Troubleshoot test systems, equipment, and production issues using data-driven problem-solving techniques.Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to improve test reliability, production yield, and overall process performance.Develop and implement test automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual processes.Train test technicians and production personnel on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and best practices.Establish and maintain testing processes that support quality management systems and regulatory requirements.Verify compliance with customer specifications, safety standards, and applicable industry requirements.Participate in documentation reviews, engineering change implementation, deviations, and production support activitiesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
