The organization promotes a people-first culture, values long-term employee development, and empowers field teams to take ownership of project execution.Job DescriptionAs the Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading on-site construction operations and driving project execution from start to finish. This Superintendent position works closely with Project Managers while maintaining significant autonomy in field leadership and scheduling.Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.Develop and maintain project schedules and drive successful project delivery.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities.Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.Lead job-site meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.Oversee projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M in value.Travel regionally throughout East Texas and surrounding areas as project needs require.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
