Texas Traveling Superintendent

As the Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading on-site construction operations and driving project execution from start to finish. This Superintendent position works closely with Project Managers while maintaining significant autonomy in field leadership and scheduling.

• Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and drive successful project delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
• Lead job-site meetings and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders.
• Oversee projects ranging from approximately $5M to $30M in value.
• Travel regionally throughout East Texas and surrounding areas as project needs require.
