Job Description

  • Manage all phases of ground-up tilt-wall construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and cost controls
  • Lead subcontractor procurement, buyout, contract administration, and scope management activities
  • Coordinate closely with Superintendents, architects, engineers, consultants, owners, and trade partners
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
  • Track project performance and proactively mitigate schedule, budget, and quality risks
  • Conduct client meetings and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, company standards, and project objectives
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and project performance updates
  • Partner with field leadership to ensure efficient execution and resource allocation
  • Lead project closeout activities, punch list completion, and final turnover

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
  • Proven experience managing ground-up tilt-wall construction projects
  • Experience with industrial, warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, logistics, or large-scale commercial projects preferred
  • Knowledge of subcontractor management, contract administration, and change order processes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
