Tilt-Wall/Industrial Superintendent - Raleigh, NC

• Lead all onsite construction operations from sitework through final completion.
• Oversee grading, foundations, tilt‑wall panels, and vertical buildout.
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and quality control.
• Drive jobsite safety in alignment with best‑in‑class safety standards.
• Coordinate sequencing across civil, structural, and building systems.
• Run daily huddles and subcontractor meetings.
• Maintain schedule adherence and proactively solve field challenges.
• Partner closely with PMs and regional operations leadership.
