The culture is collaborative and growth-focused, with strong investment in career development and the opportunity to work on nationally recognized, large-scale EPC-style projects.Job DescriptionThis individual will partner closely with internal engineering teams and construction partners to lead technical strategy, risk evaluation, estimating, and front-end engineering efforts across transmission projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical pursuits for transmission EPC projects from early-stage strategy through handoff to execution teamsDrive scope, schedule, and budget development, including risk identification and mitigationCollaborate with construction partners on constructability, routing, design approach, and value engineering solutionsSupport Go/No-Go decisions, proposals, interviews, and negotiationsOversee technical estimating and investment planning during pursuitsCoordinate across multidisciplinary teams (transmission, substation, civil, environmental, real estate, GIS, etc.)Contribute to the development of FEED capabilities, standards, templates, and best practicesServe in technical leadership roles (Engineering Manager, discipline lead, advisor) as neededMentor and support the growth of engineering and project delivery teamsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
