As energy demand continues to increase through grid expansion, electrification, renewable integration, and large-scale infrastructure development, they are growing their Power Delivery team and seeking a Transmission Line Engineer.Job DescriptionPerform engineering and design activities for overhead transmission line projects ranging from approximately 69kV-765kVSupport development of:Route evaluations and line siting supportTransmission line plans and profilesStructure spotting and optimizationPole and tower loading analysisConductor and shield wire selectionSag and tension calculationsFoundation loading coordinationConstruction packages and material developmentPrepare engineering calculations and technical documentation supporting transmission system design and reliability requirementsCoordinate with Civil, Structural, Substation, Environmental, Survey, and Construction teams throughout project executionSupport preparation of project schedules, scopes, budgets, and engineering deliverablesParticipate in design reviews, constructability assessments, and quality control processesSupport procurement activities and technical coordination with vendors and utility stakeholdersCommunicate project status, risks, and technical recommendations to project leadership and clientsMentor junior engineers and designers while supporting technical development across project teamsProvide field engineering and construction support as requiredMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
