Job Description

  • Support daily field operations by coordinating work activities and monitoring construction progress.
  • Inspect installed work and track quantities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and according to project plans.
  • Maintain daily reports, inspection logs, punch lists, and other field documentation.
  • Assist superintendents in resolving field issues while helping maintain schedule, quality, and productivity goals.

  • Experience with onsite coordination, work tracking, and quality control throughout construction.
  • Good knowledge of multifamily construction methods, building systems, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency with construction technology and field management software for documentation and coordination.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve field issues efficiently.
  • Travel across the nation as project demands
