Backed by more than 75 years of combined team experience, a focus on 100% client satisfaction, and a strong base of repeat customers, the company has become a trusted partner for healthcare systems, imaging centers, and medical providers throughout the region.Job DescriptionManage day-to-day field operations on healthcare construction projects throughout the SoutheastLead renovations and construction activities within active healthcare facilities while minimizing disruption to ongoing operationsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, project stakeholders, and healthcare personnel to ensure successful project executionOversee project scheduling, safety, quality control, and daily site operationsMaintain compliance with healthcare construction requirements, infection control procedures, and life safety standardsPartner closely with Project Managers and company leadership throughout project deliveryUtilize Procore and Microsoft Office Suite to track progress, maintain documentation, and manage project reportingConduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and quality inspectionsEnsure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budgetSupport primarily interior healthcare renovations with occasional ground-up healthcare construction assignmentsTravel throughout the Southeast region, including current opportunities in Florida and surrounding marketsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
