Job Description

  • Assist in managing ground-up industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and documentation
  • Track project progress, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution
  • Maintain project documentation and reporting across all phases

The Successful Applicant

  • 3-7+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Exposure to light industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or similar project types preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to travel full-time to project sites

  • Base salary: $100,000 - $115,000
  • $900/month truck allowance + gas card
