Job Description

  • Assist or lead onsite construction activities for multifamily projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and daily jobsite operations
  • Support or manage project schedule execution with PM team
  • Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and tracking
  • Maintain safety, quality, and jobsite organization
  • Participate in subcontractor meetings and site coordination
  • Support conflict resolution and maintain professional jobsite environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling (Assistant) Superintendent - Multifamily should have:

  • 3+ years of multifamily construction experience
  • Experience with garden-style, podium, or wrap projects
  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with Procore and Bluebeam preferred
  • Stable work history with strong tenure required
  • Professional, presentable, and strong leadership presence
  • Willingness to travel regionally (NC, SC, VA)
  • Experience with wood frame or light structural systems preferred
