Job Description



Field Support & Execution

  • Assist the Superintendent in managing all day-to-day jobsite operations.
  • Support coordination of subcontractors and trades across all phases of construction.
  • Help ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and schedule.



Scheduling & Coordination

  • Participate in maintaining short-term schedules and look-ahead plans.
  • Track daily progress and assist in identifying potential delays.
  • Help coordinate trade sequencing to maintain jobsite efficiency.



Quality Control

  • Assist with site inspections and ensure work meets quality standards.
  • Identify deficiencies and follow through on corrective actions.
  • Support punch list and closeout processes.

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5+ years of construction field experience.
  • Experience in multifamily or commercial construction preferred.
  • Basic understanding of construction sequencing and jobsite operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with field teams and subcontractors.
  • Willingness to be based on-site in Cleburne, TX for the duration of the project.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $85,000 - $100,000
  • Total Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000+
  • Bonus: Performance/project-based
  • Vehicle: Allowance or company vehicle (depending on assignment)
