With continued growth and expansion into markets like Texas, the company offers opportunities for career advancement and long-term stability.Job DescriptionField Support & ExecutionAssist the Superintendent in managing all day-to-day jobsite operations.Support coordination of subcontractors and trades across all phases of construction.Help ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and schedule.Scheduling & CoordinationParticipate in maintaining short-term schedules and look-ahead plans.Track daily progress and assist in identifying potential delays.Help coordinate trade sequencing to maintain jobsite efficiency.Quality ControlAssist with site inspections and ensure work meets quality standards.Identify deficiencies and follow through on corrective actions.Support punch list and closeout processes.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
