Traveling Construction Superintendent - Healthcare

• Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to planned objectives.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Resolve on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Prepare and present progress reports to project managers and key stakeholders.
