Job Description

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities for retail projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality to meet client expectations.
  • Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on project progress and site conditions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to project specifications and plans.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Retail Superintendent should have:
