Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through turnover.
  • Manage project schedules, sequencing, and daily field operations to ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
  • Drive safety initiatives and maintain compliance with all company, client, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and provide clear communication regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Monitor quality control efforts to ensure all work meets project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Preconstruction teams to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Oversee workforce planning, logistics, material deliveries, and site utilization.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and field records.
  • Champion a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Demonstrated experience leading mission critical, data center, advanced technology, industrial, or other highly technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain aggressive project schedules.
  • Experience interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficient with construction management software and reporting tools.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively and work on projects throughout the United States.
  • A hands-on leadership style with the ability to build strong relationships both in the field and with clients.



Candidates with large-scale mission critical, hyperscale data center, advanced manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or design-build project experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
