Traveling Healthcare Superintendent

• Manage all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects
• Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
• Oversee quality control to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
• Lead site meetings and communicate progress with stakeholders
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain timelines
• Maintain daily reports, logs, and project documentation
• Travel nationwide on a structured rotation schedule
