Job Description

  • Oversee daily on-site construction activities
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site safety
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Coordinate across teams to maintain quality and efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven Superintendent experience in light industrial, data centers, or cold storage
  • Strong background in ground-up construction (interior experience a plus)
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
