Job Description

  • Manage all onsite construction activities from project kickoff through closeout.
  • Lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and daily site operations.
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively address potential delays.
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct quality inspections and ensure work complies with plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and vendors.
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain project documentation.
  • Drive successful project completion while maintaining client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Proven experience with light industrial projects, including:
    • Warehouses
    • Distribution Centers
    • Manufacturing Facilities
    • Industrial Expansions
    • Flex Industrial Buildings
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing multiple trades and fast-paced construction schedules.
  • Passion for safety, quality, and delivering exceptional projects
