Traveling Mechanical Superintendent - Data Center

The Mechanical Superintendent will report to Senior Project Leadership and will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical construction activities for a large-scale mission critical facility. The successful candidate will ensure quality, safety, schedule, and commissioning objectives are achieved throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead field execution of mechanical scopes including HVAC, piping, and mission critical infrastructure systems
• Coordinate subcontractors and trades to ensure project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently
• Manage installation and commissioning activities associated with closed-loop mechanical systems
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and owner teams to resolve technical and scheduling challenges
• Drive quality control processes and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Monitor productivity, sequencing, and workforce planning across all mechanical activities
• Support startup, testing, and turnover activities to ensure successful project delivery
