The company combines the resources and project pipeline of a major contractor with tight-knit teams, strong career development, and a people-focused culture.Job DescriptionManage MEP scopes from preconstruction and procurement through installation, commissioning, and turnoverLead coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, fire protection, and critical building systemsWork closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, Superintendents, design teams, and trade partnersDrive MEP schedules, milestones, procurement activities, and long-lead equipment trackingCoordinate MEP design development, constructability reviews, BIM/VDC coordination, and clash detectionManage MEP subcontractors and ensure work aligns with project schedule, budget, quality, and contract requirementsReview submittals, RFIs, change orders, scopes of work, and technical project documentationIdentify potential MEP conflicts early and develop solutions before they impact field operationsSupport equipment procurement, installation, startup, testing, and commissioning activitiesCoordinate energization and turnover of critical systemsMaintain strong communication between field teams, design partners, clients, and subcontractorsTravel to assigned projects and provide consistent leadership throughout project executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
